Project: VRV Installation at office development.

Contractors requirement:  The M&E contractor needed to install 6 no. VRV condenser units on the roof as quickly as possible.

Products used:

3x Base frame

3x Extender frame

Arrangement - 2no. VRV per base frame extender frame.

Project: Condenser Installation at leisure centre.

Contractor requirement:  The project required the installation of 6 no. split condensers on a framework that allowed for future access.

Products used:

1x Base Frame

2x Extender frame

Arrangement - 1no. base frame coupled with 2no.base frames on either side.

Project: VRF installation at hospital

Contractor requirement:  Air conditioning sub contractors were keen to install 5 no. VRF condenser units using a free standing frame on the hospital flat roof

After considering various other options on the market the contractors opted for modular support framework due to the low cost and complete out of the box solution. 

Products Used:

1x Base frame

4x extender frame

Arrangement - 1 no. base frame adjoined by 4 no. extender frames to create one large bank.  This was possible due to the air inlets being at the top of each unit, there for no need for service space.

Installed in under 15 minutes the Sure-foot framework saved time and money.
