Do you provide the standard strut and fixings for creating frames?
No. In order to keep the price as low as possible we have stripped out the non essential fixings that contractors keep as standard. This includes standard strut lengths and fixings. The exception to this is the Sure-Foot base frame and extender frame which come as a complete set including beams and bolts.
How secure is online ordering ?
Very. Much more secure than many offline ordering processes. The Sure-Foot website uses Actinic payment processes which is baked by creditcall a PCI DSS assed company that complies with all industry standards. If there is any doubt at all about security or contractors wish to place an order over the phone Sure-Foot will assist. Can I set up an account?
Yes. If you are looking to make regular purchases we can set you up an account on our website which will allow you to retain your payment details for quick and simple ordering.
I am a distributor can I stock your product?
We are predominantly a direct to contractor supplier but we are open to establishing multiple channels of distribution providing they add value to our end users.
