Making A Purchase Making a purchase with Sure-foot Ltd could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details including payment information that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments in sterling (GBP) in advance of distribution of the goods unless where a trading account has been established, subject to acceptance by Sure-foot Ltd. If you are purchasing from Europe, you can place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency, subject to your credit card company policy and offer acceptance by Sure-foot Ltd. We accept Switch, Visa and MasterCard. We will not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, email one of our representatives and we will be happy to contact you regarding making alternative payment arrangements. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will endevour to correct the mistake. Purchasers must ensure that the goods supplied are fit for purpose for the applied use. Images on the Sure-foot website are for illustrative purposes only, they do not constitute the details of the offer, if unsure about the product being supplied the buyer must clarify with the Company. Sure-foot Ltd does not accept responsibility for the application of the Sure-foot product range. Buyers, specifiers and installers must ensure themselves that the products is being used correctly and it is suitable for the particular application it is being employed for. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. All contracts are in English and disputes will be settled according to English law.

Shipping And Handling Delivery shall be deemed to have been effected when the goods leave the Company's premises. Sure-Foot Ltd works hard to enable a fast and efficient dispatch of orders. We despatch to mainland Europe via Fed ex but we may use alternative 3rd party carriers where necessary. Goods are sent out on your chosen shipping choice providing stock is available. If goods are urgently required or you wish to place a large order, please email us or complete a contact form to check availability. Where goods are required to be delivered internationally please enquire on carriage costs before placing your order. Sure-foot Ltd will not be held responsible for third party delivery delays or omissions.

Delivery Schedule Where possible we will process your order as soon as possible in 1-3 business days. European orders may take longer and you will be advised upon the processing of the order. Sure-Foot Ltd will deliever to your company address or if required will deliever to your construction site or any other reasonable premises where requested. Sure-foot Ltd will not accept failure to deliver where the proposed delivery address is inadequetly supervised such that the driver is unable to fulfill delivery. Delivery locations where delivery has not been possible due to receivers error or omission may be subjected to a re-delivery surcharge. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. In placing your order you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 15% VAT is added. Orders where the good are shipped by Sure-foot to Europe (EU) or elsewhere VAT is exempt providing the company provides a VAT number.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are handled by Actinic secure third party payment service provider. We do not hold or retain credit card details of purchases made on the Sure-Foot website.

Guarantee Sure-foot Ltd does not accept responsibility for the application of the Sure-foot product range. Buyers, specifiers and installers must ensure themselves that the products is being used correctly and it is suitable for the particular application it is being employed for.

Privacy Policy Sure-Foot Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Returns Policy Where the buyer is a consumer not business buyer their rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Business buyers are entitled to cancel the order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Remittance Terms Transactions can be made via the Sure-Foot website, where the price will be clearly displayed subject to VAT. Discounts may apply to certain buyers such as distributors and will be notified, subject to prior agreement with Sure-foot Ltd. Discounts and promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
